On the 16th day of China Railway, the construction of the No. 1 tunnel of the SNSG-1 standard Shuangyuan of the Shennan high-speed railway was successfully started, marking the smooth start of the first underground tunnel of the Shennan high-speed railway, laying a solid foundation for ensuring the overall construction period target.

The pipeline section is located in Yubin Town, Luoding City, with a line length of 16.736km, and the construction content includes 6 tunnels, 6 bridges and culverts, and 2 sections of the section roadbed, accounting for 99.2% of the bridges and tunnels. In order to ensure the smooth construction of the project, the project department of China Railway 16th Bureau carefully planned, carefully organized, allocated sufficient resources, and promoted the construction of the project with high quality and efficiency.

It is understood that the east end of the new Shenzhen-Nanning high-speed rail line starts from the hub airport of the Pearl River Delta, connecting the high-speed railways such as Zhuhai-Zhaozhou and Guangzhou-Zhanzhou; The west end ends at the junction of Guangzhou, Guangzhou, and connects to the Guangxi section of the Shennan high-speed railway. The design speed target is 350km/h, and the total length of the line is about 142km, of which the Luoding section is about 49.3km. Luoding North Station is located near the Attached City Industrial Park on the south side of the expressway, with a total scale of 2 6 lines and 2 island platforms, with a station area of 12,000 square meters, and the whole line is planned to be completed and opened to traffic in 2027.

The Shennan high-speed railway is the main channel that effectively eliminates the bottleneck of the Guangdong-Guizhou core urban agglomeration radiating the southwest high-speed railway, significantly improves the high-speed rail network between Guangdong and Guangxi, and is a high-speed railway that undertakes the medium and long-distance passenger flow of the Greater Bay Area and the Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration, and is also a livelihood project required for the high-quality development of Luoding and the expectations of the people of Luoding. As one of the important lines of the Shennan high-speed railway, the Luoding section will further improve the transportation network of Luoding City, highlight the geographical advantages of Luoding, and inject new vitality and impetus into economic and social development.
